In her hometown of Fargo, neighbors and mentors spoke of their happiness after the long months of concern and fear for her safety.

Fargo will be waiting to welcome Roxana home... and will give her the space and place to regroup after her tumultuous spring. As our Red River settles back into its banks after the flood, we know, too, Roxana will find a wellspring of comfort in her home community.
